Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store team member in Issaquah, WA, to support opening/closing, cash handling, and delivering a standout customer experience. You will assist with vendor deliveries, inventory accuracy, pricing, and store cleanliness.

A minimum of one year in a supervisory or key holder role, plus fluency in English, is required. Responsibilities include resolving customer questions, helping with returns and refunds, coaching teammates, and maintaining compliance with pricing and safety

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assists with and coaches other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering processes.
• Registers all related sales, including scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store areas.
• Ensures store signage and pricing comply with local regulations.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and housekeeping.
