Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead store operations during shifts in Sauk Centre, MN. You’ll oversee merchandise receipt, stocking, display building, and guest assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day store performance and coverage in the absence of directors.

You will also guide team members during shifts and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth and participation in company programs and benefits.

• Provide leadership coverage in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise per company policies and prepare products for floor merchandising.
• Stock shelves, build displays, greet guests, and assist them in locating items.
• Guide and direct store team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
