Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a shift-lead to supervise associates during assigned shifts, ensuring customer service excellence and operational readiness on-site in a busy retail setting.

The role requires availability Monday through Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including every other weekend, and includes overseeing POS operations, staff deployment, coaching, safety, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Clear communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to handle cash controls and POS procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent customer service standards on floor and at POS.
• Manage POS opening/closing and cash controls including banking.
• Deploy staff effectively to meet service and productivity needs.
• Coach associates on service, productivity, and standards.
• Maintain store readiness, safety, and visual standards during shifts.
• Open and/or close the store as a key holder.
• Manage schedules and breaks during assigned shifts.
