Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift to ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to meet demand and maintain efficiency.
• Address and resolve any employee or customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Assist in training new employees and supporting ongoing staff development.
• Prepare and submit shift reports detailing performance, incidents, and other relevant information to management.
