The role emphasizes effective communication, on‑floor leadership, dependable opening/closing routines, and coaching team members to deliver friendly, safe service for shoppers and donors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to train and coach staff and promote a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on‑duty key holder, supporting store opening/closing and readiness.
• Provide on‑floor leadership to guide associates and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Communicate priorities and issues to store leadership during handoffs.
• Escalate complex customer, donor, safety, or operational concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Support shopper and donor experience with a clean, organized store and friendly service.
