Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and door access.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and cash register reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer experience and assist customers.
• Assist with store inventory, pricing, and merchandising, including displays and resets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with policies.
• Communicate tasks to team members and report issues to management.
• Assist with pharmacy window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state laws on regulated products.
• Bag checks of team members at shift end.
