Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead shifts, and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes coaching Team Members, meeting service goals, and upholding brand standards across RPM’s large network of stores.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to training and operations. This on-site position offers growth through RPM Pizza College and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certified as required by area.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong communication, and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent the brand image.
• Manage the store and Team with high volume mentality.
• Meet all service goals for RPM.
• Train and coach Team to achieve product and service results.
• Operate all store equipment, including oven-tending.
• Schedule, manage labor, attendance and punctuality.
• Learn and implement RPM Marketing Tools.
• Maintain store cleanliness and health standards.
• Lead Team Members to achieve store goals.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
