RPM Pizza, a leading Domino’s franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. The role involves supervising Team Members, upholding brand standards, and completing Domino’s and RPM training programs.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards on shifts.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate ovens and food preparation tools and related equipment.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work schedule on nights, weekends, and holidays.
