Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Maintain high standards of customer service during peak hours.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide information on menu items.
• Support shift management and delegate daily tasks.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily reports.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory and stock ordering.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Cross-train staff and coordinate scheduling to ensure smooth service.
