Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Uniontown, PA seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role may take shift leadership in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

Essential duties include leading customer service, overseeing showroom service levels, processing orders and returns, invoicing merchandise, and performing opening/closing duties with security

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred (auto parts).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute customer service programs.
• Answer telephone per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and store-to-store orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges; issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced prior to leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to work schedules, and clocking in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, secure funds and building, and check delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
