Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic store operations.
• Ability to work independently in the absence of management.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, startup systems and cash handling.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Coach teammates on ordering, vendor deliveries, displays, and pricing tasks.
• Record sales, price verifications, and voids on the cash register.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and price signage across departments.
• Support with displays, promotions, and backroom organization.
• Ensure compliance with state laws for regulated products and carry out basic maintenance.
• Assist pharmacy out window as requested.
