Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store performance in a retail setting. You will step in when managers are offsite and lead opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Key duties include supervising the crew, directing tasks, assisting customers, maintaining displays and pricing, and upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

Management of store operations and leadership in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Direct and supervise the store crew, assign tasks and follow up on activities.
Communicate information effectively between management and staff.
Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and uphold CVS customer service standards.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and protect privacy.
Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and weekly promos.
Reset departments following planograms and maintain inventory control.
