Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead when managers are absent and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You’ll supervise staff, handle customer interactions, price and stock merchandise, and manage displays while maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor, ensuring smooth operations.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality; price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; reset departments after planograms.
