Job summary

CVS Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, lead the staff when managers are not onsite, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed with accuracy and care.

You will supervise crew, handle customer questions and complaints, promote excellent CVS customer service, maintain confidentiality, stock shelves, and execute displays while working a part‑time schedule of about 20 hours per week.

• Flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or issues promptly.
• Supervise crew with direction and follow-up of activities.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and ensure displays are current.
