Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead in Midlothian, VA to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a busy team. You will guide crew members, ensure service quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks to maintain productivity during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed.
