Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead in Midlothian, VA to oversee daily restaurant operations and support a busy team. You will guide crew members, ensure service quality, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting.

Position Summary

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.

Compensation

Pay Range: $14.25 per hour – $17.00 per hourActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements
