Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily restaurant operations at our Kennewick location. You will guide team members, ensure adherence to standards, and contribute to a fast, friendly guest experience on duty.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on support in a busy pizza environment, with opportunities to step into Crew Member responsibilities when needed. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Step into Crew Member responsibilities as needed to support operations
