This role requires 1–2 years of quick service experience, 18+, a HS diploma, and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll handle shift plans, inventory, cash controls, and coaching to elevate performance

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of Quick Service Restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures
• Maintains inventory with daily and weekly inspections
• Receives inventory truck orders
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase performance
• Sets shift plans and drives operational results
• Directs preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements
• Upholds operational and brand standards
