Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Florida is seeking a Team/Crew Leader to supervise daily station operations across fountain, drive-thru, and prep areas. You will lead shifts, train new employees, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

The role requires solid communication, basic math, and the ability to multi-task in a busy restaurant environment; you will report to the Manager on Duty and support daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Regular attendance.
