Soar Restaurants Sonic seeks a Team/Crew Leader to supervise station duties, train new staff, and uphold quality standards at our San Ramon location.

You will lead shift meetings, enforce policies, and ensure timely, friendly service, handling a fast-paced environment with irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

This role requires reliable attendance, strong communication, leadership, and the ability to multitask across the kitchen and front counter to deliver guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties to meet operational standards.
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
