Job summary

soar-restaurants-sonic is seeking a Team/Crew Leader in Lufkin, TX to perform, lead, and supervise basic operational duties ensuring quality products and service to guests.

You will assist with orientation, training, and adherence to company policies while maintaining sanitation standards and consistent attendance. The role involves leading shifts, addressing issues with MOD, and assisting with stock and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow directions and work under supervision.
• Leadership and ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru).
• Assist with new employee orientation and training.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lead shift meetings.
• Report customer or employee complaints/issues to MOD.
• Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
