Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems is seeking a Supervisor, Production Operations to oversee all aspects of a specific shift in the Transdermal Manufacturing and Packaging facility. You will ensure work adheres to Safe Work Practices, cGMP, SOPs, and company policies, driving day-to-day performance and regional productivity.

Qualifications

• Post secondary diploma or degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct reports.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide results oriented leadership that drives continuous improvement.
• Co-ordinate, assign and supervise all production activities for area of responsibility.
