Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership and GMP-focused capabilities are essential.
• Experience leading engineering teams in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the engineering strategy for the Tamarac site.
• Lead cross-functional and capital projects to expand capacity and modernize equipment.
• Oversee maintenance, reliability, and EH&S within the facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/EMA/DEA and internal standards.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team and oversee shift operations.
