Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the Manufacturing department, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan daily production needs, supervise BFS operations in cleanrooms, train new hires, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and R&D as a subject matter expert. Strong GMP knowledge and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates thorough leadership, coaching skills, manufacturing expertise, safety measures knowledge, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate workers.
• Understands and adheres to cGMPs and safety, environmental and security policies during responsibilities.
• Fluent in reading/writing English; ability to perform basic math and document batch records.
• Experience using SAP and office software for daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Uses qualifications to perform process steps to support continuous operations safely and efficiently.
• Assembles, disassembles, and cleans equipment following GMP procedures to ensure proper operation.
• Reviews batch documentation daily and submits for review after final checks.
• Monitors critical process parameters and ensures proper documentation.
• Resolves process and equipment problems; coordinates with QA, Engineering, and R&D as needed.
• Acts as SME on production procedures to support investigations and new introductions.
• Trains new employees and current staff; plans overtime as needed.
• Ensures GMP/GDP compliance and proper housekeeping and 5S in the area.
• Supports EHS initiatives and safety policies; promotes teamwork to meet production goals.
