Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking an Operations Lead to serve as the designated operations leader for a manufacturing suite, coordinating daily execution to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. You will provide frontline leadership, oversee documentation, and escalate issues that could impact safety, quality, delivery, or productivity.

The role focuses on directing day-to-day manufacturing activities, coordinating work, and maintaining performance within the assigned area.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management or related field with 2+ years of manufacturing experience; OR
Associate degree with 4+ years of manufacturing experience; OR
High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate work activities and provide informal leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day manufacturing activities and coordinate shift execution to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
Assign personnel, set priorities, and optimize workflow with available staffing.
Provide shift leadership for Drug Product personnel and support cross-shift needs.
Address operational barriers and elevate issues to protect shift performance and quality.
Lead effective shift handovers and ensure clear communication of risks and priorities.
