Ideal candidates bring proven cosmetics retail experience, ability to coach a team, and experience with cash handling. This role requires flexibility for retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable
• Previous supervisory experience coaching and mentoring others to hit sales and service targets
• Willingness to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events, in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail POS software
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run daily store operations smoothly.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and complete end-of-day cash reconciliation.
