Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and delivering inspirational, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will apply your retail experience and cash handling skills to perform start and end of day cash reconciliation, and you may be scheduled to open or close the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to deliver inspirational customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota basis.
• Contribute to a premium beauty customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
