Key duties include managing station duties, maintaining product quality, labor costs, and safety, and ensuring adequate coverage. Long hours including nights and weekends are common expectations.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and service.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintains shift coverage and addresses issues promptly.
• Monitors food and labor costs and restaurant cleanliness.
• Assists in inventory management and cash handling as needed.
