Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains core values and teamwork while remaining adaptable.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and feedback to identify and correct issues.
