Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and guide the team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Requirements include 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, 18+ years old, strong math and analytical skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing most of the shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.
• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and support the RGM.
• Provide guidance to team and ensure smooth operations during shifts.
