This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership seriously and holds the team to the same standards they hold themselves to.

The work is fast, physical, and visible. You lead with integrity, greet customers, promote memberships, ensure safety, and coach teammates to deliver a premier guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ownership and lead by example.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote services, memberships and add-on offerings.
• Direct vehicles safely and monitor wash operations for quality and safety.
• Lead the team during shifts, open/close procedures, delegate tasks and resolve issues.
• Inspect each vehicle and uphold Sparkle Assurance to ensure high wash quality.
