Job summary

Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead who sets the standard on the lot. You know the site, you know the crew, and when management isn’t on-site you’re the one running it. This is a fast, physical, and visible leadership role.

You lead by example, uphold safety protocols, coach teammates, and ensure guests leave happier than they arrived. If you own the shift, handle opening and closing procedures, and keep operations running smoothly, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to open/close facility and manage key holder duties.
• Strong customer service and safety protocol knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience; answer questions about services and memberships.
• Direct vehicles safely into wash tunnel; prepare vehicles for washing; monitor equipment and report issues; enforce safety protocols.
• Lead the team during shifts; delegate tasks; provide guidance; handle staff issues and escalations.
• Inspect vehicles before/after wash; uphold quality standards; report wash quality issues; seek process improvements.
• Return feedback to improve efficiency and guest experience and ensure site runs smoothly during shifts.
