Whistle Express is seeking a Shift Lead to set the standard on the lot. You will be the point of contact when management is not on-site, running operations and ensuring guests leave satisfied.

This fast-paced, outdoor role requires leadership, ownership, and a focus on safety, teamwork, and quality. You will greet customers, answer questions, promote memberships, and guide the crew through opening and closing procedures to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team experience preferred.
• Physically active and able to work outdoors at pace.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, friendly experience; promote services and memberships.
• Direct vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and prepare cars for washing.
• Monitor operations and enforce safety protocols to protect guests and team.
• Lead the team during shifts, delegate tasks, and provide guidance when leadership is absent.
