5.11 is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to partner with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced outdoor gear environment. You will lead by example, coach teammates, and uphold store standards that reflect our performance-driven brand in Alabama.

You’ll assist with merchandising, stock organization, and visuals while maintaining high standards for customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence.
