You will collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to develop plans that meet business objectives, while physically lifting up to 49 pounds, standing for long periods, and working a flexible schedule including weekends and overnights.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Are 18 years of age or older
• 6+ months of leadership experience in a retail, distribution or similar environment

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate others
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts)
• Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
