Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Process Assistant in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead and engage your team during shifts to maintain safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring orders are delivered on time.

The role supports the three-stage workflow: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile, with varying building layouts but a constant customer focus. Expect weekends and overnight shifts, with up to 40 hours weekly plus overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work 40 hours/week with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate others.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and work shifts up to 12 hours in varying environments.
