Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• High school or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
• 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
• 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of leadership in retail or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team during shifts to meet safety and performance goals.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work in varied environments and flexible schedules including weekends/overnights.
