Job summary

Swig in Waco, Texas is seeking a Shift Lead to help the store run smoothly, mentor teammates, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll manage checklists, deposits, prep, stocking, and to-go orders while upholding Swig’s standards and safety rules. Must be at least 16 with restaurant experience a plus.

Pay ranges $13–$17 per hour including tips, with flexible hours and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following Swig's procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders.
• Maintain dining area and workspaces clean and safe.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and guest needs.
