Swig is hiring a Shift Lead in San Antonio, TX to keep the store running smoothly, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and lead a small team with energy and integrity.

You’ll train teammates, manage prep and service, stock and rotate supplies, maintain cleanliness, and promote add-ons to delight guests.

Flexible hours, tips included, and growth opportunities are available; 16+ years old and a food handler’s permit are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and deposits; ensure smooth operations.
• Train and mentor teammates; communicate effectively to achieve success.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals for service.
• Craft quality drinks and food by following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders; ensure accuracy and timely service.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
