Job summary

Novo Nordisk in the United States seeks a proactive Warehouse Lead to direct day-to-day Material Support activities within the FFEx area. You will ensure safe, compliant operations, coordinate material handling, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on quality and throughput.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving ability, and hands-on supervision, including occasional hands-on material handling and SAP/PASX proficiency. Strong collaboration with production is essential.

Qualifications

• Leads and coaches continuous improvement within Material Handling operations.
• Ensures safety, quality and regulatory compliance in warehouse work.
• Reads, writes and understands complex product documentation and SOPs.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems is preferred.
• Revises work plans to meet daily targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely issuance, return and transfer of materials to support production.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analysis using systematic problem solving.
• Ensure site compliance with cGMP, ISO standards and SOPs.
• Schedule shift resources, breaks and other activities for the team.
• Maintain performance boards and communicate turnover to the next shift.
• Manage material flow from docks and act as a primary warehouse contact.
