Job summary

Whitmore Manufacturing, a CSW Industrials affiliated business, seeks a Shift Lead for its Rockwall, Texas facility. You will supervise Filling, Pre-Batching, and Compounding, ensure safety, quality, and timely production, and coordinate with the Shift Supervisor on priorities.

This role requires a high school diploma, prior manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to train teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Previous leadership or trainer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of filling, pre-batching and/or compounding operations preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; dependable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and provide direction to employees in Filling, Pre-Batching, and Compounding.
• Monitor operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Coordinate priorities with the Shift Supervisor to achieve shift goals.
• Coach and support team members to produce high-quality products.
• Ensure production records are accurately completed and documented in JDE.
