Job summary

Whitmore Manufacturing, LLC in Rockwall, TX is hiring for a Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving role. The candidate will move materials using forklifts, pick finished goods for shipment, receive production requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience, with forklift operation and ERP/RF scan proficiency. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential for timely production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience operating forklifts safely.
• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems.
• Experience using RF scan guns.
• Strong accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within the facility using forklifts.
• Pick finished goods for shipment with accurate quantities and IDs.
• Receive requisitions from production and deliver to production.
• Maintain and verify cycle counts and inventory records.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized for easy location of products.
• Communicate daily with management about material and quality issues.
• Verify labels, products, and quantities match paperwork.
• Repack products as required to meet production needs.
• Operate and maintain cartridge line for optimal performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
