Job summary

Whitmore Manufacturing, a CSW Industrials affiliated business, is seeking a Shift Lead for the Rockwall, Texas facility. This role leads daily production activities in Filling, Pre-Batching, and Compounding, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The Shift Lead will coach team members, coordinate with the Shift Supervisor, and monitor production records and materials issued. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Previous leadership, team lead, or training experience is preferred.
• Ability to provide clear direction and coach employees.
• Strong attendance and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures.
• Assign daily tasks and provide direction to the team.
• Monitor operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor to prioritize production.
• Coach and develop team members for high-quality output.
• Prepare materials for production batches and record documentation.
• Communicate updates and issues to relevant departments.
