Job summary

Whitmore Manufacturing, a CSW Industrials affiliated business, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rockwall, TX to prep and deliver raw materials, move inventory, and support production efficiency.

You will operate sit-down or standing forklifts, print labels, maintain ERP-driven inventory accuracy, and ensure paperwork matches products.

A high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail, safe operation practices, and knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO/TS 16949/ISO 14001 are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to operate a sit-down forklift or stand-up forklift.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 quality standards.
• Experience with handling, measuring, and weighing raw materials is highly desired.
• Demonstrated good performance and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prep and deliver raw materials for production in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform movement of materials using forklifts.
• Prepare and print labels for products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
• Communicate with management and warehouse on pending material and quality issues.
• Monitor movement of materials from warehouse to production.
• Verify labels, products, and quantities align with paperwork.
• Create and maintain transactional inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
