Job summary

CSL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 24/7 operations to lead shift-based maintenance in a GMP-regulated biologics facility supporting Bulk, Fractionation, and Fill & Finish. You will provide real-time technical leadership, drive rapid troubleshooting, and ensure disciplined preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain inspection readiness.

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, coordinate work orders in SAP, and ensure compliance with FDA/cGMP

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related technical field preferred.
7+ years in biotech/pharma maintenance.
3+ years in a supervisory or shift-lead role.
Strong GMP-regulated biologics manufacturing experience.
Audit and Investigation Skills, Report Writing.
Knowledge of FDA/cGMP standards and problem-solving methods (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians during assigned shift.
Serve as first-line escalation for production-critical breakdowns.
Drive immediate troubleshooting of equipment impacting bulk, fractionation, and fill/finish processes.
Prioritize emergency vs. planned work to protect batch integrity.
Ensure structured shift handoff and accurate CMMS documentation.
Support GMP/regulatory compliance and inspections.
