Job summary
Humacyte Inc. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical leadership for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and clean utility systems in a cGMP biopharma setting.
You will drive CAPAs, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting regulatory compliance and safety. Responsibilities include leading maintenance projects, optimizing reliability metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient facility operations and data-driven
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred and relevant experience.
- 6+ years supporting manufacturing equipment and clean utility systems in cGMP environments.
- Experience with CMMS and reliability improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and utility-related projects to improve reliability.
- Develop and optimize preventive maintenance programs and SOPs.
- Ensure compliant operation of facility systems and safety programs.
- Mentor teammates and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and EHS teams.
