Job summary

Zalat Pizza in Dallas, TX is seeking hands-on Shift Leads to keep the restaurant moving, support the team, and maintain pizza quality. You will lead during shifts, open and close, and direct the team to deliver great service.

We value reliability, leadership, punctuality, and open availability. Competitive hourly pay from $14 to $16 plus shared tips, health benefits for full-time, and opportunities to advance into management.

Qualifications

• Previous service-industry experience required.
• Pizza experience strongly preferred.
• Reliable and consistently punctual.
• Access to dependable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Open availability including some opening, closing, late-night, and weekend shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand for 6–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make pizzas and maintain our quality standards.

• Keep the team productive during slower periods.
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues.
• Lead by example in prep, stocking, cleaning, and service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous service-industry experience required

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to stand for 6–10 hours, bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
