Job summary

Zalat Pizza is hiring in Duncanville, TX. We’re looking for Pizza Makers (Zealots) to prepare pizzas, prep ingredients, stock, clean, and help hand off orders to customers and drivers.

No restaurant experience is required, though food service experience is a plus. We offer a base pay of $12–$14 per hour plus average tips of $1.50–$4.00 per hour, 50% employee discount, flexible scheduling, paid training, and a path to leadership after 3 months.

Our Pizza Makers, also known as Zealots, make pizzas, prep ingredients, stock, clean, and help hand off orders to customers and delivery drivers. No restaurant experience is required, though previous food service experience is a plus.
