Zalat Pizza in Duncanville, TX is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead to keep the restaurant moving, support the team, and ensure pizza quality. You will guide the crew during shifts, handle customer concerns, and help with prep, stocking, and daily operations.

Our Shift Leads are hands-on leaders who know how to keep the restaurant moving, the team supported, and the pizza up to standard.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous service-industry experience required
• Pizza experience strongly preferred
• Reliable and consistently punctual
• Access to dependable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Friendly, coachable, respectful, and team-oriented
• Detail-focused and proud of your work
• Comfortable directing others and making decisions during a shift
• Able to stay calm and neutralize team stress during busy periods
• Open availability, including some opening, closing, late-night, and weekend shifts
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to stand for 6-10 hours, bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do:

• Make pizzas and maintain our quality standards
• Open and close the restaurant

• Competitive base pay starting from $14/hour to $16/hour based on experience
• Shared tips averaging an additional $1.50-$4.00/hour
