Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with one (1) or more years restaurant experience.
• Systems & software proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to meet brand standards and drive service and quality.
• Lead training and coaching of team members to ensure performance and accountability.
• Mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor controls during shifts.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld during all duties.
